Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment
Access for All
White Horse offers compassionate outpatient SUD care at our Ossipee and North Conway locations. We accept most insurance, offer a sliding-scale fee, and turn no one away for inability to pay. We welcome everyone with both secular and faith-based options, and our services meet ASAM Level 2.1 standards.
ASAM Criteria Level 2.1
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday · 10:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Duration: 12 weeks
- Also required: One weekly individual therapy session (therapists available Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM; your therapist will help you find a time that works)
- Transportation: Available within 30 minutes of Ossipee—including Wakefield, Wolfeboro, Tamworth, and Conway
Services Include:
- Individual and Group Therapy
- Family Support and Counseling
- Psychoeducation on Addiction and Recovery
- Case Management and Care Coordination
- Relapse Prevention Planning
- Regular Drug Screening
ASAM Criteria Level 1.5
Outpatient Services
Individualized, evidence-based therapy and supplemental supports. Participation in individual therapy is required to access the supplemental services below.
Services Include:
- Substance Use Assessment and Monitoring
- Individual and Group Counseling
- Psychoeducation on Addiction and Relapse Prevention
- Family Involvement as Appropriate
- Medication Management if Needed
- Crisis Intervention and Safety Planning
- Case Management and Care Coordination
- Drug and Alcohol Testing
Court-Ordered Substance Use Evaluations
We provide court-ordered evaluations, including those completed by a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) when appropriate, with recommendations based on clinical findings. Because requirements vary by jurisdiction, please contact us before scheduling so we can confirm we meet the needs of your court, attorney, probation officer, or referring agency.
