ASAM Criteria Level 2.1
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Structured, evidence-based treatment that fits your life-helping you build lasting recovery while maintaining your daily responsibilities.
Schedule: 9+ hours/week (typically 3 days/week)
Durations: 12 weeks
Commute from your own home, transportation available
Our Level 2.1 Services Include:
- Individual and group therapy
- Family support and counseling
- Medication management (if needed)
- Psychoeducation on addiction and recovery
- Case management and care coordination
- Relapse prevention planning
- Regular drug screening
ASAM Criteria Level 1.5
Outpatient Therapy

Schedule: Fits the needs of the client
Duration: Typically 2-4 hrs/month
Our Level 1.5 Services Include:
- Substance use assessment and monitoring
- Individual and group counseling
- Psychoeducation on addiction and relapse prevention
- Family involvement, as appropriate
- Medication management, if needed
- Crisis intervention and safety planning
- Case management and care coordination
