RECOVERY COACH OR CERTIFIED RECOVERY SUPPORT WORKER – Littleton, nh

Are you interested in working in Recovery Peer Support?

Responsibilities:
– Provide support and guidance to individuals recovering from substance use disorder
– Develop and implement individualized recovery plans
– Facilitate support groups
– Assist clients in accessing community resources and services
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
– Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to clients
– Document client interactions and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

-Become a Recovery Coach with the expectation of becoming a CRSW within 12 months of hire (paid by White Horse Recovery)
– Knowledge of recovery principles
– Experience in providing support services in the field of substance use disorder
– Familiarity with crisis management and intervention techniques
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines

You will provide support, guidance, and resources to empower clients on their journey towards wellness.
