COMMUNITY GARDEN GROUP
Tuesdays | 2pm-4pm
Each year we plant a garden that is available to the community. There is always a need for weeding and maintaining the garden during the summer.

AA
Tuesdays | 1pm-2pm
AA Speaker Meeting at the Shed in Ossipee. Each week we go through AA concepts as a group together.

ART OF RECOVERY
Wednesdays | 2pm-4pm
This is a group guided art session where individuals will use a variety of art mediums to inspire creativity, look inwards, and focus on their own recovery path. Supplies will be provided. Sessions are judgement free and will be an open-minded safe place for everyone. Please give us a call if you would like to join so we can plan accordingly.

8 DIMENSIONS & DISC GOLF
Thursday | 1pm-4pm
Play a round of disc golf and talk about your goals for wellness. The 8 dimensions of wellness include emotional, physical, spiritual, social, environmental, vocational, financial, and intellectual.

SMART RECOVERY
Fridays | 6pm-7pm
SMART Recovery is a science-based addiction support group where we learn self-empowering skills and support each other in our recovery. It focuses on building and maintaining motivation, coping with urges, managing thought, feelings, and behaviors, and living a balanced life.
